You can easily check NT ADSL working status, expiry date very easily. You no longer have to ring NT Customer Care and know those details. There are two ways to know your ADSL Expiry Date.
A. OFFLINE via SMS
To know the expiry date of your ADSL service, type ADSL<space>your_landline_number_with_area_code and send a SMS to 1400.
For example; your landline number is 015512345.

ADSL 015512345
& send the text message to 1400.
B. ONLINE via NT ADSL Self Care Center
What is NT ADSL Self Care Center?
You might be wondering this question. NT ADSL Self Care Center is an online portal to view and check you ADSL working status, payments made, expiry dates and remaining data volumes as well (in case of ADSL Volume Based & WiMAX). To begin with NT ADSL Self Care Center, you need to know these things.
1. Figure out your Web Self Care (WSC) ID

WSC ID is a 7 digit special number which is used to identify your service subscriptions from Nepal Telecom. WSC ID can be found on the top left corner of your ADSL payment receipts and it begins with wsc_*******. WSC ID generally looks like this.
2.Login to NT ADSL Self Care Center
By default you need to use your WSC ID as user ID and password.
User ID: wsc_*******
Password: wsc_*******
3. Click on NT Service Number
NT Service number is an unique number for each users and it is usually a contact number. NT Sevice Number looks like adsl1*******.
